{"id":590,"date":"2021-12-12T15:01:48","date_gmt":"2021-12-12T15:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/talentcoaching.nl\/?p=590"},"modified":"2024-11-25T08:01:57","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T08:01:57","slug":"mentale-training-voor-sporters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/talentcoaching.nl\/index.php\/2021\/12\/12\/mentale-training-voor-sporters\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Mentale&#8217; training voor sporters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Loop jij vast in wedstrijden of in trainingen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heb je het gevoel dat je niet het maximale uit jezelf kan halen en ligt dit niet aan je technische, tactische of fysiek vaardigheden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dan is deze training iets voor jou of jullie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Hoe ziet zo\u2019n training er uit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er is keuze uit een 1-op-1 traject of je volgt de training met je team of met een groep sporters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>1 op 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na een vrijblijvend kennismakingsgesprek wordt concreet gemaakt waar jouw vraag voor mentale ontwikkeling over gaat en wat ik hierin voor jou kan betekenen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elk traject start met een <a href=\"https:\/\/talentcoaching.nl\/index.php\/2021\/12\/13\/odc-meting\/\">ODC meting<\/a>, of met een <a href=\"https:\/\/talentcoaching.nl\/index.php\/2021\/12\/14\/junior-odc-meting\/\">ODC Junior meting<\/a> als je 18 jaar of jonger bent. Ons eerste gesprek gaat over de uitkomsten van die meting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierna kom je elke vier tot zes weken bij mij in de praktijk voor een coachgesprek. We bespreken je voortgang en kijken wat er nog lastig is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hieruit komen nieuwe doelen of opdrachten voor de komende weken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de periode tussen de gesprekken houden we contact om zicht te houden op jouw ontwikkeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het traject stopt op het moment dat jouw doelen bereikt zijn. Vanzelfsprekend kun je daarna altijd een afspraak met mij plannen om eventuele obstakels te bespreken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Met je team of met een groep sporters<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workshops op locatie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gedurende het jaar kom ik langs voor het geven van workshop. Thema\u2019s kunnen zijn: focus, omgaan met spanning en tegenslagen, leiderschap, zelfvertrouwen of presteren onder druk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De tijd tussen de workshops is ongeveer twee maanden, zodat de ervaringen, die in de tussentijd zijn opgedaan, meegenomen kunnen worden in deze workshops.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een workshop duurt 2 uur, waarbij we maximaal een half uur theorie behandelen.&nbsp;De resterende tijd zullen we het geleerde in de praktijk gaan brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de praktijk in Zwolle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als team of groep kom je naar mijn praktijkruimte aan huis. Tijdens deze sessies gaan we in op de onderwerpen die lastig zijn in trainingen of wedstrijden. Dit kan over jou als individu gaan, maar ook over jullie team of groep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na elke sessie krijg je nieuwe opdrachten mee. Binnen vier tot zes weken staat de volgende sessie gepland.&nbsp;Een training duurt maximaal 1,5 uur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze trainingen zijn er op gericht om het maximale uit jezelf of uit je team te kunnen halen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heb je vragen of interesse?
