De  <a data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"104\" href=\"https:\/\/talentcoaching.nl\/index.php\/2021\/12\/13\/odc-meting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ODC-meting<\/a> zet ik in voor meer inzicht en bewustwording. <a data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"104\" href=\"https:\/\/talentcoaching.nl\/index.php\/2021\/12\/13\/odc-meting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ODC<\/a> staat voor Odin Development Compass, een meetinstrument om je onbewuste drijfveren in kaart te brengen. Deze meting in combinatie met persoonlijke gesprekken en team workshops, zorgt voor begrip en bewustwording op het gebied van natuurlijke kracht en het te ontwikkelen potentieel. Ook wordt de kwetsbaarheid van het team duidelijk.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat kunnen de uitkomsten zijn van mijn teamontwikkeling?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een effici\u00ebnter werkend team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teamleden doen waar ze goed in zijn en krijgen energie van hun werk, wat leidt tot een energieker en gelukkiger samenwerkend team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Betere samenwerking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mooiere resultaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verbeterde communicatie<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoe ziet het traject met betrekking tot teamontwikkeling eruit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is een op maat gemaakt traject waarbij jouw ontwikkelvraag  centraal staat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onderdelen die in ieder geval terugkomen zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een startgesprek om doelstellingen en verwachtingen van het ontwikkeltraject concreet te maken en te optimaliseren <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ieder teamlid start met een <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/talentcoaching.nl\/index.php\/2021\/12\/13\/odc-meting\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"104\" target=\"_blank\">ODC-meting<\/a> en ontvangt hier terugkoppeling op<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een feedbackgesprek over de uitkomsten van de meting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessie met het hele team <br><br>Aangezien dit een op maat gemaakt programma is, zal ik naar aanleiding van een <strong>gratis kennismakingsgesprek<\/strong> een offerte maken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Interesse in de teamontwikkeling?
